How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are determined on the weight of the package and shipping address location. Standard shipping will be delivered USPS.

Returned to Sender
If the package is returned to us and contains NON personalized items, we will issue a refund back onto the original form of payment.
If the package is returned to us and contains personalized items, a member from our team will reach out via email once the package is received back to our facility.
What if my package is lost?
Shipped to the wrong address?
Please make sure your address is correct, we will not be responsible for missing or incorrect address.
Deemed Delivered:
Sometimes shipping carriers may mark your order as delivered before the package arrives to you. In this case, please allow an additional 3 business days OR contact your local post office if you don't receive your package even when it says 'delivered' on the tracking info.
Refunds will NOT be issued on packaged deemed "delivered"-

Can I return Personalized or embroidered items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized products unless there is a fault or error on our part.
How many days do I have to return an item after delivery?
Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. After that, we will not be offering any refunds or exchange.
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in NEW condition with original clothing tags.We will do all we can to make it right. Please note we do not accept returns f personalized items, and final sale from the sale section
